Yitzhak Magen is Head Archaeological Officer for the Civil Administration of Judea and Samaria. As Israel’s chief archaeologist for the West Bank, he has directed numerous excavations, including the Samaritan site of Mt. Gerizim, Qumran and the Inn of the Good Samaritan.
