Pavel Dombrovsky

Pavel Dombrovsky is a professor of the Gnessins Russian Academy of Music.
He graduated from the Gnessin’s Moscow Special Music School (class of professor V.B. Nosina) and the P. I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Moscow.
Pavel Dombrovsky is the winner of the Scriabin Scholarship (Russia, 1994, 1996), laureate of the second prize of IV International Piano Competition in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz (Kiev, Ukraine, 2001), laureate of the First Prize of the IV Open Competition of N. Sabitov (Ufa, Russia, 2002), diploma winner of the XII International Tchaikovsky Competition (Moscow, Russia, 2002), laureate of the Margaret Long and Jacques Thibaud International Competition (Paris, France, 2004), winner of Grand Prix of the II M. Balakirev International Piano Competition (Krasnodar, Russia, 2006).
Pavel Dombrovsky performed his solo concerts in Great Britain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Poland, France, Latvia, as well as in Russia, Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan.
